Bang2Joom products are available through different licences. All these products are distributed using either the Bang2Joom Proprietary Use License or the GNU General Public License (GPL).

We know there is a difference between what is considered technical support and what are customizations. Refund Policy
Since Bang2Joom is offering non-physical irrevocable software products please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund requests. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, we may make a refund.

Please ensure that your browser works with the theme design. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions. Please be aware of that. We guarantee that our themes work with the stated version of Joomla!. We cannot guarantee though that they will work with future versions of Joomla! Bang2Joom products will always be developed for the latest Joomla version. We cannot guarantee how long phase-out Joomla versions are supported. This decision is solely made by Bang2Joom.
